To enable us to complete your application quickly and efficiently we will require
the following information and documentation-:

• Full name and current address for each applicant
• Recent utility bill (no more than two months old)
• National Insurance Number
• Adminstration Fee of £175.00
• References from current landlord and/or employer
• Completed tenancy agreement
• One month's rent in advance
• Security deposit (equivalent to one months rent and held with the TDS)
• Completed standing order form for future rental payments
• £75.00 charge for all tenancy renewals
